2. Standard Orders Delivered as Requested: If the item delivered accurately matches your order details and requested specifications, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
3. Post-Purchase Order Cancellation: Should you request an order cancellation and refund after a purchase has been successfully processed, a $21 transaction and restocking fee will apply.
4. 15-Day Unopened Returns: Customers may return unopened, factory-sealed products within 15 days of delivery. In such cases, the buyer bears full responsibility for all return logistics and shipping costs.
